STEP 1: Contact a customer service
representatives at (800)-662-0701 x240
To provide the best price to
match your needs, we encourage our customers to
contact one of our dedicated customer service
representatives to quote your project. They will be
able to provide you an immediate price quote and
make sure that all your questions get answered.
STEP 2: Place an order and provide us
your digital content
Once we receive your digital
file (Word Document or PDF), our Graphics Department
will review and make any necessary corrections.
Since most new self publishers are not experienced
with the production aspects of book printing, we
will make sure that all page/margin settings are
correct. A digital proof (PDF) will be provided for
approval.
STEP 3: Printed sample will be sent
overnight for approval
Upon approval of your digital
proof, we will produce a single printed sample of
your book and overnight the copy. There is a flat
$40 charge for this service which includes overnight
shipping. Since we want to be absolutely sure you
love the quality of our work and how your book
looks, this proofing process is required for all
orders. Once you carefully review your book,
either ACCEPT or REJECT. If you reject it, we make
the necessary corrections and send you a new proof
(an additional fee will be charged).
STEP 4: Your books get printed
We will print and ship your books
within 3 business days after your printed book sample
acceptance.
